Workout routines and calorie estimates generated by the Service's AI features are suggestions only and may not be accurate or suitable for you. Always consult a qualified fitness or medical professional before beginning any exercise programme. FixedRep is not responsible for any injury or loss resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

6. No Medical Advice

The Service provides general fitness tracking and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your fitness or nutrition routine.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixedRep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
